I'd agree that Netscape is the best browser out there now but that doesn't mean it's perfect. It has a design flaw that makes it very "forgiving" for bad HTML. I think it's important that there are standards for HTML made so that we're all speaking the same language. What happens is that many people have poorly written pages and assume it's fine because it shows up OK in Netscape. The fact is that many other browsers would have problems with the same page.
