Hello, I ordered a Chanel hand bag in November of 2002. They cashed my money back on Dec. 5.2003. The websit stated it would take 14-18 day to receive my order of course I have not received the Chanel hand bag. I have emailed them at lest 10-12 times since they have received and cashed my $350.00 dollar money order. Before receiving the money order they would respond within a 24 hour period. But I do know they are receiving the emails. About two week ago I sent in a fake order using my husband email address and of course they responded within 2-3 hours, so I known they are receiving the emails. They told me where I could send the money for the merschandise that I order. I am in the process I trying to take legal action if I do not receive my merchandise or the return of my money.
