How It Works -
Let's assume your are the first member in the PSP. You will be entered into position #1
After a further ten members have joined, (positions #2 - #11), PSP then pay the top three members triple their PSP submissions and then they are removed from the list.
The whole list moves up three positions, so that the person in position #4 is now in position #1 and so on down throughout the whole list.
After another ten members join (positions #12 - #21), PSP then pay the next three people at the top of the list triple their PSP submissions and then they are removed from the list.
