KERNELL32.DLL Messages

Question:

Looking for help! I keep getting messages, such as, "WAOL has caused an error in Kernell32.DLL" or "Tapisrv has caused an error in Kernel32.DLL" and then the computer shuts down.... Also get messages, such as, "Aim has caused an error in Inetsocket.DLL" or "Mmjb has caused an error in MMJB.EXE" and the computer shuts down. Does anyone have an idea of what is going on and is there any way to fix the problem? Any info or help is appreiated!!!!! John
