Follow-Up:
it seems to happen almost everytime i open ms media player i get the kernel32.dll error or ddraw.dll or the quartz.dll error. then everything freezes up and i have to manualy restart. i am and have been runing norton anti-virus so i rather doubt its the happy99 virus, i also have directx 8.0 and still. this has me at my wits end, any sugestions or help would be greatly appreciated. thanks
