You have to use something called target links. I don't know the script for it but i know that adobe pagemill has it built in. If you have that just go to the help menu and search for frames for instructions. You use that red target symbol beside the box for the link. But if you don't have pagemill try searching in yahoo for frames. Your sure to find a turorial.
