I need help I am about to lose my home and marriage if I don't get help now. I tried to help a friend with some money awhile ago. The woman swear to me she would pay it back. Well she disappeared and now I owe alot because I had to use one credit card to pay another now they are maxed out I can't pay them so one has a judgement and other are demanding payment I have not told my family as I'm very embrassed that this happened Now my husband wants to refinance the mortgage payoff the credit card he knows of and a car loan and get back some money to fix the house but we were turned down because of a bad payment history of late pays on current mortgage If I can pay off this debts I may be able to get the mortgage company to reconsider the refinance I will make arrangement to pay back what ever I can every month It will not be alot Please help me save my home and marriage.
