Follow-Up:
Thank you to "I have a solution" and "This works" I checked if I had the Happy99 worm first and found I didn't so I deleted all passwords and didn't save any new ones, but it came back again , so I then upgraded my driver to DriverX8 and rebooted and so far so good. I wasn't even able to close down when the error was there. I have ME 2000 and was using MS Outlook but now use Calypso for mail with IE 6, hope it is gone for good. Good luck to the rest of you, I know how frustrating it can be
