Cache problems could be occuring because the client either needs to reload the page, or maybe it's not reloading properly. Look at Your OPTIONS, and NETWORK PREFERENCES, click on the CACHE tab, check the VERIFY DOCUMENTS selection and make sure thet EVERTIME is selected. Hit OK, the Hit RELOAD. If that does not work, go to the same area and clear the DISK CACHE. This will definitely work.
