I am in desperate need of $5000 immediately. Financially we make enough money to support a loan of this amount (we bring home $3884 a month, have a $575 house pymt, $800 in other monthly installments (school loans, IRS, and misc), and spend about $900 a month on utilities, food, gas, and other living necessities. This leaves about $1500 a month of which about $400 goes to tithing; thus we have about $1100 excess a month -- enough to support a loan. However, credit problems in the past and an ongoing problem with our mortgage company (over which we are in a class action lawsuit against them) prevent us from getting a loan. We are struggling right now to overcome a few bad months but $5000 would put us back on level ground and keep us from getting deeper in a hole. The future looks good if we could just get past this problem. We have the money coming in but need time which we don't have and every day the need gets larger. HELP!!! Isn't there anyone willing to give us a loan based on our future income instead of our past problems?
