There is no way Netscape is the best browser. Anyone who is active at all on the internet knows that you cant use netscape if you even want to attempt advanced pages that include such things as Flash. Explorer is far better and more compatable for web browsing. You can hardly use cgi, xml, and shtml at all on Netscape and make it compatable. If you are looking at viewing simple pages with text and maybe an image you will be OK with Netscape but if you want to do anything further you want IE.
