i do not have the same error, but is pretty the same, it says that media player, internet explorer, icq or WHATEVER has caused an error in kernel32.dll this program will close. i put ok and it closes, what can i do??? please email me back with an answer i already had gone 3 times to a support store and they dont know what to do
