Hello, Have not received my chanel hand bag from this company brandedsales.com..They are not responding to my emails or my phone call. I know they are receiveing them because I sent another order using my husband email address and responded within three hours. You may not want to do business with this company I have received several hits from people who say they have not received their merchandis. I placed the order back in November of 2002, and sent atleast 10 emails. They responed before they received my money,after they cashed the $350.00 money order they stop responding to my email. ps good luck Yvette
