Pixels? major question! Monitors?

Message:

I've had good luck with my web pages conforming to browsers all the same. However, I cam across a computer that makes every picture (which usually takes up a good percentage of MY and other computer screens) so tiny! even www.hotmail.com is so small, up in the upper left hand corner, where everywhere else I go, it is big and in the middle. My backgrounds are so condensed and tiny on this computer, but the text is a normal size. This really changes how I intended my pages to look. Does anyone know why this happens? Does anyone have a solution? I'd really like to know how many people have these kinds of weird computers anyways! please email response to webdesigner@cybergal.com any response will be GREATLY appreciated.
