Follow-Up:

Kernal32 is a data miner, associated with transponder. If you type msconfig in run, you'll open the system configuration utility. Go to the start-up tab. Uncheck "load current power profile kernal32.dll" It may be in 2 places. Also empty your firewall library and if kernal32 asks contact permission, deny it contact. Go to Wilders.org and get spyblaster. It's free and will protect you from other spyware.
